A few days later, Louis was in his bedroom with his laptop. He checked his emails, and there was a reply from his friend in the city administration, the email contained the following message, “Louis, I’ve analyzed your birth certificate, and we have a situation too strange.

The notary public mentioned in the birth certificate has worked just for a brief period in the year that you were born. And there is no information about the files of the public office.

In cases like that, you must seek the hospital of your birth to do a new birth register. With the document, you can demand it in court for a new birth certificate from another notary public.

At this point, there is another problem. The hospital where you were born has also closed, and there is no information about its files.

It’s a strange coincidence that both the notary public and the hospital were opened and closed at the same time.

You probably will get a new birth certificate through a judicial decision, or it can be the judge decides the notary public should accept one of your documents to substitute the birth certificate.

II - Vies à Nu

Quelques jours plus tard, Luís était dans sa chambre, avec son ordinateur portable. Il a vérifié ses e-mails et il y avait la réponse de son ami de la mairie. L’e-mail contenait le message suivant :

— Luís, j’ai analysé ton acte de naissance et nous avons une situation assez étrange.

L’office notarial cité dans l’acte a fonctionné pendant une courte période de temps, l’année de ta naissance. Et il n’y a aucune information sur les archives de l’office.

Dans de tels cas, tu dois te rendre à l’hôpital où tu es né, afin qu’un nouvel acte de naissance soit émis. Et avec cet acte, tu peux demander en justice l’émission d’un nouvel acte de naissance dans un autre office notarial.

Et à ce stade, il y a un autre problème, l’hôpital où tu es né a également été fermé et il n’y a aucune information sur ses archives.

C’est une étrange coïncidence, l’office notarial et l’hôpital ont été ouverts et fermés à la même époque.

E a questo punto c’è un altro problema, anche l’ospedale in cui sei nato è stato chiuso e non ci sono informazioni sui suoi archivi.

O cartório citado na certidão funcionou por um curto período de tempo no ano que você nasceu. E não há nenhuma informação sobre os arquivos do cartório.

Em casos assim, você deve procurar o hospital de seu nascimento, para que seja emitido um novo registro de nascimento. E com este registro, você pode solicitar na justiça a emissão de uma nova certidão de nascimento em outro cartório.

E neste ponto há outro problema, o hospital que você nasceu também foi fechado e não há informações sobre os seus arquivos.

É uma estranha coincidência, tanto o cartório quanto o hospital foram abertos e fechados na mesma época.

Sugiro que você procure um advogado para receber as orientações sobre como proceder.

Você provavelmente conseguirá uma nova certidão de nascimento através de uma decisão judicial, ou pode ser que o juiz decida que o cartório deve aceitar algum de seus documentos para substituir a sua certidão.
